A look inside John's cricket Box! This Pandora's box was opened to reveal John's cricket career, from the earliest recorded mention, aged 8, playing cub cricket and bowling at both ends (!) through to his lifelong affiliation to Poole Old Grammarians. John managed to achieve an unusal feat by scoring 100 runs for the club and also taking ten wickets - though not in the same match! John has for many years been the editor of the Dorset Cricket handbook.

David and Julian both reminisced about Derek's career and there were many stories recalled by the DCS members. It would be impossible to explain Derek's worth to Hampshire without reference to some statistics and of course the 1961 Championship, won at Dean Park Bournemouth.
